This vessel has been trading in conjunction with dredging operations since its acquisition by the Owner in the 1990’s, and just completed 8 months of service.  Previously this OSV was set up as a suction dredge with Ladder and suction dredge positioned off the stern, and anchoring/mooring system used for moving the vessel during dredge operations.  The current dredging operation is completely self-contained and all equipment is carried on the aft deck of the OSV.  Includes a 44’x18’ wide inland 12” (suction and discharge ) cutter suction dredge (DR04414), 25’ LOA twin screw support tug (1,000 g fuel, cargo boom – TG01824), 1-14T rough terrain crane, and assorted dredging equipment (pipelines, anchors, buoys, etc.).   We have further details, and recent photos of this tonnage for review.  Inspection can be arranged promptly in North Oregon Coast.  Vessel requires a dry-docking with bottom job (blast & paint), for continued extended service.

Dredge (DR04414) main particulars:  44’ LOA x 18’ max beam (made up via three separate pontoons ( 2 x 44’ x 4’ x 4’ outer, and a single main hull 34’ x 10’ x 4’ depth).  Operator’s cab can be removed for shipping.  Single Cummins 700HP diesel power plant drives a Thomas main pump via Twin Disc reduction gear / 1-30kW genset / All operating equipment on the dredge is hydraulically powered with separate hydraulic system powered by a dedicated new CUMMINS diesel Tier II EPA Emissions certified .  40’ max length sectional ladder / 2 – 40’ x 12” spuds with ‘shot gun’ piston up and down / GPS / etc.  This unit is a very durable and suitable shallow water cutter suction dredge with some 18 + years of service on the US West Coast.
