Marcon International, Inc.'s rates for consulting, research and appraisals are as follows:

Desktop appraisals of vessels and/or        US$ 350.00/hour
barges and providing fair market value
including brief narrative report.

Hourly rate for performing physical             US$ 350.00/hour
inspection of vessels and/or barges and
providing evaluation and inspection report.

Services in connection with serving as         US$ 400.00/hour
an expert witness for any litigation or
other judicial or administrative proceeding.

Daily rate for inspections.                            US$ 2450.00

All out-of-office time will be billed from the time of departure to the time of return to the office. All expenses are billed at cost plus 15%.
